Refund policy

At Traders SA, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our policies carefully to understand your rights and our processes for refunds, returns, and exchanges.

1. Refunds

  • Refund requests are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • To qualify for a refund:

    • Products must be in their original condition.

    • Products must be returned in original packaging with all tags, accessories, and manuals included.

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the refund is due to our error (e.g., wrong product or defective item).

2. Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • To return an item:

    1. Contact us at orders@traderssa.co.za with your order number and reason for return.

    2. We will provide instructions for returning the item.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a fault on our part.

3. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Exchanges can be requested if you received:

    • The wrong product

    • A defective item

    • A product that does not match your order description

  • Items must be in original condition and packaging.

  • Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the exchange is due to our error.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

  • Please inspect your order upon receipt.

  • If your product is damaged or defective, contact us immediately at orders@traderssa.co.za with photos of the damage.

  • We will provide a full refund, replacement, or exchange depending on availability.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

    • Gift cards

    • Perishable goods (if applicable)

    • Items that have been used or altered

6. General Conditions

  • We reserve the right to deny refunds, returns, or exchanges if the product is not in original condition.

  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during return shipping. Consider using tracked shipping.

  • These policies apply to all purchases made on Traders SA through our website and other sales channels.
